Submission Policy
Before submitting work, please contact us at info@partartshow.com with a sample of previous work (.jpg or .pdf or a link) and your contact information.
To submit a piece (or pieces), please download, print and fill out this submission form pdf.
Bring the filled out submission form, the entry fee, and your artwork to the Agni Zotis Gallery on one of the drop-off days. The drop-off days are April 1 & 2, 2008 from 1pm until 7pm EST.
Special drop-off times can be accomodated, and mailed pieces are accepted. Please inquire through info@partartshow.com - the earlier you submit, the better!
The entry fee for The Part Art Show is $50. Neither The Part Art Show nor its organizers receive any profits. All fees go towards gallery rental, utilities, materials, and promotion of the show.
The entry fee entitles you to submit up to five (5) LPs. Additional spaces are $10 each. While we do not want to limit your creativity, because of space limitations we ask that you try to keep the size of each piece to the size of the vinyl LP - 12 inches diameter.
Sell your pieces at your own set price and keep 100% of your sales.
An image of each piece will be displayed on The Part Art Show website along with its price, a short biography and contact info supplied by the artist.
